Only the Sector 0 Block Zero which is known as the Serial Number/Manufacturers Block(Chip UID) could be programmed to any UID you want.Its cards can be with scratch-off or magnetic stripe, widely used as E-card,bus recharge card,swipe cards,prepaid card,membership cards etc.
